Attorney
Job Duties

Conduct legal research on issues related to immigration cases.

Analyze laws rulings, regulations, and policy memoranda, and apply them to actual cases.

Perform case intake by responding to clients' legal inquiries.

Communicate with clients, coworkers, and other parties involved to facilitate case preparation.

Draft and review legal documents; represent clients before Immigration Courts and USCIS officers.
Job Requirements

A minimum of a U.S. Master's Degree in Law

A New York State Bar License is required
